My journey began in dentistry, where I learned precision, patience, and human connection. Later, pursuing my MBA and advanced studies in management and human resources, I discovered my passion for helping people ,how they grow, lead, and find meaning in their work. For over five years, I’ve managed a dental center and served as an HR manager in a university hospital, guiding professionals through transitions, challenges, and growth.
As a working mother, I deeply understand the struggles of balancing career and life, especially for doctors and healthcare professionals. I bring empathy, structure, and practical insight to every coaching conversation.
